I've got a Hero 6 that i haven't use since 2020. Last time i used it was working fine but now when i try to charge it nothing happens. I've try the trobelshoot from Gopros website but that dindt work. I have try multiple cabels. When i connect it to a charget the camera gets hot but not charing.

July 21, 2021 at 4:59 PM. Back screen does not work anymore on Hero 9 black. After update to version 01.60.00 does the back touch screen of my Gopro 9 not work anymore. It stays black and does not react to touches. I did an addional manual uptade of the firmware via the Micro SD Card, but this did not change anything.

Purchased a hero 7 black, installed the gopro app. First thing it asks me to do is update firmware but the update process fails after transferring files. Have tried restarting both phone and gopro. Try performing a manual update Also, be sure you are using a SD card from this list If you are unsuccessful, try with a different SD card if possible.
