The Assault Carbine is the most accurate rifle, non-unique. The CZ57 Avenger, a unique minigun, is the most accurate fully-automatic Gun (as in, uses the Guns skill) in the game. The Laser RCW, if you don't care for Guns, is the most accurate full-auto Energy Weapon.

Though the sprtle does have a strength requirement that's 2 less than the gatling laser. 0.75 Spread isn't very good either. The CZ57 Avenger is actually more accurate than this gun while wildly out performing its dps. Comparing to guns that use the same ammo type you would be much better off with the All-American (especially if you use a macro or have fast clicking abilities).

If you're after the highest level of domination, then energy weapons seems to be the avenue most people take. But if you want to role play a character idea, then I suggest Guns - namely the CZ57 Avenger and be like Jesse Ventura in Predator. Some US Army combat armor would pair nicely with it. You'll want pretty high strength and endurance
